Yes, we offer professional 'In-Home Assembly' for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout, and a certified technician will visit your home to set up your equipment and ensure it is safe for use.
What is your return policy for fitness accessories?
Small accessories and apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like yoga mats may be exempt.
Is there a warranty on Johnson Fitness products?
All our cardio and strength machines come with a manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers the frame for a lifetime, with specific parts and labor coverage ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the model.
